Welcome back to the Engage Your Destiny podcast community! It’s an honor to journey with you as we aim to fulfill and advance faith while working to reduce suicide rates within the military. I’m Ben Peterson founder and CEO of Engage Your Destiny and I am here to share some extraordinary stories and insights regarding recent events particularly related to the unfolding conflict in Iran. These are stories of miracles on the battlefield evidence of God moving in remarkable ways awakening faith among soldiers and military personnel.
In the midst of the global tumult there is an incredible divine movement occurring especially with the military engagements in Iran. I am thrilled to share firsthand reports of miracles that echo the spirit of awakening rippling through the armed forces. Today’s focus includes sharing compelling stories from those experiences exploring scripture and teachings that can help free those overshadowed by darkness. This profoundly relates to the ongoing spiritual and tactical battles being waged.
Let us begin with a prayer. Father, we thank you for our team, our community and everyone involved in this ministry. May we be used to spread faith and love throughout the world fulfilling the Great Commission. Amen.
I want to update you on how we are working with military units across the United States spanning from the Army and Air Force to the Marines and Navy. Doors of unprecedented opportunities have been opened as we expand our mission into areas like San Diego, the largest naval base in the world and Camp Pendleton the largest Marine Corps base globally.

During my own journey through the Bible in a year I’ve found myself diving into Deuteronomy and witnessing God’s specificity and intentionality. This scripture outlines how God set clear boundaries and territories for His people offering guidance to take possession only where He led them. The relevance of these ancient lessons to our contemporary lives especially in relation to warfare and our personal battles is powerful.
A chaplain recently shared incredible stories of miracles happening as soldiers awakened to their faith. Imagine drones failing miraculously where they should have detonated resulting in saved lives. Or the remarkable recovery of a lost soldier despite the odds. These stories are testament to the power of prayer and God’s presence confirming the strength and safety He provides when we trust in Him.
Today’s battles involve sophisticated warfare technologies including autonomous AI drones capable of making lethal decisions. Despite these daunting advancements we must remember that technology and terror are no match for God’s providence. He is our refuge and fortress against all things seen and unseen.
A central theme in our journey is recognizing and dismantling spiritual strongholds. This begins with identifying the cycle of wounds, messages, vows and masks that bind us. Drawing from my own past experiences these are the barriers that keep us from embracing our full potential in Christ.
The journey toward destroying strongholds involves vulnerability forgiveness and welcoming divine healing. By addressing our wounds and breaking lifelong vows we can remove the masks that hide our true selves. This is the work being actively done by Engage Your Destiny on military bases across the nation setting lives free.
