Welcome to the Ben Peterson Show, where we navigate our faith in this new age of Artificial Intelligence. As we celebrate a monumental milestone, let’s cheer: Happy birthday, America! We’ve made it 250 years, and there’s much to be hopeful for as our nation stands strong, looking forward with optimism. In this blog post, I want to share an encouraging message reflective of the incredible history and divine blessings that have shaped our country.
Before diving into our celebratory reflections, I want to offer a prayer of gratitude. Heavenly Father, thank you for America, a nation that you’ve richly blessed and resourced. We ask that we may continue to be a shining city on a hill, illuminating the path towards Jesus Christ. Let there be a revival here, Lord, transforming hearts and minds to love and follow you. As we celebrate 250 years, we pray for your continued blessing over us as a beacon for the gospel. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Today, technology raises profound questions about our faith. With 40% of millennials and Gen Z equating AI chatbots to spiritual guides, we must ponder: Is our faith slowly eroding when answers are perpetually at our fingertips? As the founder of a movement that brings the gospel to our nation’s defenders, it is my mission to help you navigate this fast-evolving landscape with faith intact. Embrace God’s destiny for you and be different. Let this be your time to shine.
Drawing inspiration from 250 years ago, recall the audacious spirit of our Founding Fathers, who dared to declare independence against the mighty British Empire. With just 300 leaders influencing 2.5 million colonists across the seven mountains of influence, they struck a chord that led to unimaginable victory and freedom. This feat, likened today to a small nation challenging a superpower, was part of God’s plan to spread the gospel through America’s global influence.
In light of our rich history, let us cultivate gratitude. The incredible achievements of those who came before us, overcoming adversity and tremendous odds, have granted us freedom. Remember their sacrifices during trying times, including the Civil War, the Great Depression, and recent crises. Though divisions persist, let’s pray for unity and strength. Find solace and hope in the acknowledgment that despite the trials, the dream birthed 250 years ago endures.
As you celebrate this 4th of July, pause to pray: for unity, for hearts turning to Jesus, for the brave souls in our military, for the peace of Israel, and for our leaders from President Trump and his cabinet to Congress. Seek God’s guidance for the United States to be truly united, embodying the values and hopes of our founding vision.
In essence, as we commemorate America 250, thank you for being part of this momentous journey in the Ben Peterson Show. May you find joy and peace during this unique celebration of our nation’s history. God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.
